Good Afternoon John Pateman and Danny Schwab,
I hope this message finds you both well.
I am currently working on a file and am writing to inquire about your relationship with Mr. Bill Miller, who is listed on Intercoast's records as an employee of Intercoast Construction Ltd.
On May 10, 2021, Mr. Miller allegedly contacted the police to report suspicious activity on Arawana Forest Service Road outside of Naramata, BC, while working on a job site. The police later discovered the bodies of brothers Carlos and Erick Fryer near the same location.
In June 2021, an arrest was made in connection with the Fryer brothers' murders, and Mr. Wade Cudmore of Naramata, BC, was charged with the double murder. His alleged accomplice, Anthony Graham, from Prince George, BC, is still missing.
The day before Mr. Cudmore’s arrest and a month after the Fryer Brothers' murders, Cudmore's mother, Kathy Richardson, was found murdered in her Naramata home located at 3940 Beach Ave, Naramata, BC. I happened to know both Kathy Richardson and Wade Cudmore personally, as I rented a room at their Naramata home during the summer and fall of 2019.
During my time living with Richardson and Cudmore, I spent considerable time with them while I was deeply involved in my advocacy work as a whistleblower and union organizer to protect the rights of abused and exploited former and current hockey players, which may include those on the Prince George Cougars, a team owned by Mr. Pateman.
While living with Richardson and Cudmore, I became aware of allegations that hockey team owners and league executives were collaborating with Cudmore and Richardson to harm me. This alleged plot came at a time when I was involved in legal battles with four strategic lawsuits filed against me specifically by the CHL, WHL, OHL, and QMJHL during the winter of 2016-2017.
These multiple SLAPP lawsuits, filed across various provinces including Quebec, Ontario, and BC, as well as in the Federal Court of Canada, were perceived as attempts to intimidate and silence me from speaking out on matters of public interest, specifically the well-documented abuse and sex crimes that players within Major Junior hockey have endured for decades.
I eventually moved out of Richardson and Cudmore’s Naramata home after learning about this alleged plot, recognizing that it was not the first time I had been informed of potential threats related to my advocacy and whistleblower work to protect the rights and well being of amateur and professional athletes, which I have been dedicated to since 2011/2012 and even earlier.
I would like to clarify whether Mr. Miller was indeed working for Intercoast Construction on the day in question.
Additionally, I understand that Mr. Pateman is an owner of EdgePro Sports & Entertainment, which owns the Prince George Cougars hockey club in the CHL's WHL. I also understand (and please correct me if I am mistaken) that Mr. Pateman and his hockey club are currently facing a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging conspiracy to operate within a cartel ring alongside 59 other CHL clubs, as well as the NHL, AHL, and ECHL.
Moreover, I believe there is an ongoing RICO investigation in the same U.S. Southern District of New York involving these same hockey organizations, including your team, and their alleged collaborators.
Upon further investigation, it appears there is a significant pattern of CHL involvement in the Cudmore-Richardson-Graham murder cases. Notably:
I was informed by various RCMP personnel that the lead RCMP officer assigned to the Cudmore double-murder case was Cpl. Tyler Bell, our of Kelowna BC, however, Cpl, Bell disputes this.
The same is true for the Kathy Richardson File. I was told by the same RCMP personnel that the lead RCMP officer assigned to the Kathy Richardson murder case was also Cpl. Tyler Bell. Cpl. Bell disputes this as well.
The lawyer representing Wade Cudmore, who is currently on trial in BC Supreme Court in Vancouver (courtroom #67), is Mr. Jordan Watt, another former CHL/WHL hockey player.
The witness who initially contacted the police on May 10, 2021, Mr. Bill Miller, is reportedly an employee of John Pateman, owner of the CHL’s Prince George Cougars.
The co-accused in the double-murder, Anthony Graham, was last seen in late May of 2021 in Prince George, British Columbia.
(Almost 2 months after I had emailed RCMP Cpl. Tyler Bell back in the beginning of July, 2024, which he ignored completely, Cpl. Bell decided to respond to my latest email today, August 28th, 2024, to inform me that he did not play hockey in any CHL league)
Before I proceed with submitting the evidence to the proper U.S. authorities, I would like to give you the opportunity to clarify these matters.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Respectfully,
